We request a 24 hour notice for adjustments or cancellations to your appointment.

Notifications given less then 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a 25% charge of the reserved service amount.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want to ensure that you walk out of our doors happy. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided or just simply need a quick fix, we would like an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the service redone complimentary. When returning for a redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of the original appointment date to honor the complimentary service.
